Bexley, Carlton, Penshurst, Mortdale - beautiful solid post-war brick homes sitting on earthenware sewer lines laid before anyone thought about the jacaranda out front. Roots get in through the joints, the line blocks, and someone tells you the only fix is digging up the yard. It usually isn't. We CCTV it, jet the roots out, and reline the pipe from the inside - your driveway stays where it is.

Excellent work from start to finish. Jahmanie and the boys quickly located and repaired a dislodged sewage pipe with professionalism and expertise. They explained the process clearly, completed the repair efficiently, and left the site in great condition. The concrete work was also outstanding. It was neat, clean, and finished to a very high standard. Everything was left tidy once the job was completed. I would highly recommend their services.

I needed a hot water tap for my washing machine, but unfortunately the location of my laundry was not near a hot water pipe. Joe came out and worked on a creative solution for me, and Stefan and Christian came the next day to implement it. They did an amazing job, and it wasn't an easy one. Creativity, attention to detail, problem solving, beautiful work, clean and really nice guys. Highly recommend! Thanks team!
Jim and Dan came to our place today to fix a plumbing issue and did an outstanding job. They managed to clear a 20++ year-old plumbing blockage, which made a huge difference. We've just moved into this house, and from a long-term perspective the service was absolutely worth it - 200% value. Huge thanks to Jim and Dan for delivering such an excellent result for our new home! I would definitely recommend them and will be asking for Jim and Dan again in the future if we come across similar issues.
Found I had a leaking pipe in the garden at 7am in the morning and panic set in. I remembered hearing about Fix N Flow on the radio and called them. Customer service was friendly and polite, and I had Stephen come out in just over an hour to give me a quote (on a Sunday no less!) He went into detail, full disclosure on price, and he worked with me on cost. At this point I want to say a huge THANK YOU to management for being so understanding and flexible with pricing! And today, Marc came out to do the job. He was very understanding, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was efficient, and friendly, and did a great job with the replacement parts for the new pipe. Highly recommend this company!
I had an excellent experience with Enrico and Christian. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair with great attention to detail. Both were respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It's rare to find tradespeople who combine skill, honesty, and great customer service - but Enrico and Christian absolutely do. Highly recommended! I'll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
Recently had a sewage blockage in our clubhouse. We urgently needed this fixed as we had a party coming up with over 100 guest. Fix n Flow attended and cleared our internal system. There was more than one blockage. They kept working on it, each day, keeping us informed of progress. The blockage was finally cleared and the party went ahead. I would definitely recommend them.
Blocked drained rang fix & flow and made an appointment. The plumber arrived on time unblocked the drain, but the pipe was cracked with tree roots they could not sleeves in so unfortunately they had dig up the garden to replace it. The two plumbers were great put tarp on grass for the dirt & set about removing the old pipe & replace with pvc pipes. Great job thanks Fix & Flow.
On time, courteous, communicative, job-focused, skilled workers. The installed shower has nice clean lines. It is clear glass and shiny metal frames. My preferred frosted glass was not available. Privacy concerns for children and aged who need assistance without being exposed were not addressed. But we will adapt.
